Provider and purpose
The provider is João Carlos de Caires Santa Ana, a self-employed professional operating in his own name in Portugal. GSA — Grupo Santa Ana brings together his brands and does not represent an incorporated company. This site provides information and contact channels; an enquiry does not create a contract, booking or charge.
Software subscriptions: GSA Animal and GSA Flow
GSA Animal is an online platform for veterinary practices, pet care and shops, offered by subscription. GSA Flow is for personal and family finances; storage and AI assistance depend on the plan and availability. Flow is preparing its pilot; purchasing and prices are not offered on this portal. See each platform for features, limits and commercial conditions.
Information required before subscribing
Each project must identify the provider, total price and taxes, billing period, renewal, payment methods, cancellation, availability, storage/AI limits, data export or deletion and support. This portal does not define or alter those terms. A demonstration does not imply purchased AI or storage capacity.
In-person services: Petcare, Dance and Afiação
GSA Petcare covers dog grooming and boarding; GSA Dance is a ballroom dance school; GSA Afiação sharpens professional scissors and blades. Services require direct confirmation of location, availability, price, scope and conditions. No bookings, unconfirmed schedules or service areas are offered here.
Specific in-person conditions
Before booking, confirm price and taxes, handover/collection, cancellation, safety and responsibilities. Petcare: the animal’s needs, admission, care, medication and emergencies where relevant. Dance: class, duration, venue, participation and attendance. Afiação: received tool, assessment, agreed result and collection. These are matters for preparation, not agreed commercial terms.
Consumers and withdrawal
Statutory consumer rights are preserved. Distance contracts require applicable information and withdrawal rules; software or services do not automatically remove those rights. The general 14-day period, early performance requests, exceptions and an online withdrawal function where applicable must be assessed on the interface where the contract is made. This portal does not conclude contracts.
Billing and payments
Invoices identify the legal provider and relevant activity. Stripe accounts should follow independently operating projects or activities and provide public information identifying the payment. This portal does not take payments or consolidate the projects’ Stripe accounts.
Support, complaints and disputes
Enquiries can be sent to the confirmed provisional contact. Domain support and billing mailboxes await creation and testing. Applicable complaint-book obligations and the competent alternative dispute resolution body will be confirmed for each activity/location before the final commercial version. No fictitious body is listed.
Status of these terms
Review version. Business address and activity-specific conditions await confirmation. Final terms must be provided before acceptance without restricting mandatory consumer rights.
