Contractual providers and any international transfers must be confirmed before activation. This site does not send message content to AI.
Retention
Send limits use HMAC-derived identifiers from IP addresses and emails and do not store messages on this site. Expired entries are deleted on subsequent use, within two hours during continuous use. Technical log and enquiry retention periods are awaiting confirmation; the final policy cannot be considered approved until then. Billing documents follow applicable statutory periods, to be confirmed for each activity.
Cookies and external resources
This site does not use advertising cookies or analytics tools. When the form is active, a necessary session cookie protects submissions. Visual assets and fonts are local. Turnstile loads only when the form is active and relies on Cloudflare services.
Rights and complaints
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object where applicable using the confirmed contact on this page. Some data may need to be retained by law. You may lodge a complaint with Portugal’s Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD) at www.cnpd.pt.
Outstanding confirmations
The business address, retention periods, SMTP/Workspace providers and international transfer safeguards are awaiting confirmation. Domain mailboxes are not presented as operational before testing.
